Candy assists with all aspects of day-to-day operations, managing the nuts and bolts of administrative workflows. This includes application processing, claim coordination, and follow-through on important account updates.  She assists with administrative work, application processing, and death claim coordination, while also reminding clients of important, time-sensitive actions such as Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).
