Lizzie joined the practice in November as Client Experience Director, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. She oversees appointment scheduling and client communications across phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience at every touchpoint. 

As a licensed life and health insurance professional, Lizzie brings a strong foundation in client support, organization, and problem-solving. Her structured yet approachable style helps create a professional, welcoming environment for both clients and the team. 

Outside the office, Lizzie values time with her son and channels her creativity through writing music.
